Margo is absolutely an incredible therapist and human! She helped me get back to my baseline as a hospital nurse w long shifts after my foot surgery. She advocated for me w my doctor to be able to take the time I needed off of work. And….Ashley, her assistant worked me hard and made sure that I was doing everything correctly so that I could get all my motion back and not over compensate w my other foot. I’m an ex college athlete so it is important for me to have a certain active lifestyle and these girls made it possible for me. Thank you Ashley & Margo. You are both treasures!!

I’ve been seeing Margo for the past few weeks for Pelvic Floor Therapy and have been so happy with her and the staff at Second Wave. I really didn’t know what to expect going in but I’ve learned so much already. Im already seeing improvements and increased strength. I have to bring my 4 month old to appointments and the sweet staff have even helped rock her to sleep so I can focus on therapy. You don’t get that a lot of places. I highly recommend taking your PT here.

Second Wave Therapy was very accommodating for three months I used them. Therapist Mary and Sara took the job seriously and were concerned about the reverse shoulder replacement was holding together as required This resulted in an extra doctor visit to confirm it was healing properly. Miguel and Ashly monitored muscle building exercise program with care to rebuild arm and shoulder muscles. All four employees did their jobs with professionalism and results of all four employees efforts showed marked improvement to my shoulder and other muscles. I

At Second Wave Physical Therapy in Fillmore, all staff are courteous, helpful and always greet you with a friendly smile. Therapists and assistants work very well together to meet patient needs. They are all very professional and respectful as they work with you. Facility is new and very clean. Equipment and beds are disinfected after each use. I thank Second Wave PT staff for working with me so I can walk again with no pain.

Since starting therapy for my arm shoulder and wrist, I have gotten so much range of motion back thanks to Second wave therapy and Fillmore. The crew there is awesome. They really care about how I’m progressing and they bend over backwards to make sure to accommodate my schedule. They’re always so friendly And kind I am sad that my therapy is coming to an end with them. For all your physical therapy needs I strongly encourage you to check out this team. You won’t regret it thank you all for all your help laughs and caring♥️

Hands down best physical therapy clinic in Ventura county. Margo is an incredible physical therapist. Her expertise and care have been truly life-changing. Her guidance through my postpartum recovery has been exceptional — knowledgeable, compassionate, and always empowering. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Second Wave Physical Therapy! I’ve already been recommending it to everyone I can. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed — the space is clean, inviting, and beautifully maintained. Second Wave is amazing! I’m currently pregnant and expecting my first baby. I started going in for pelvic floor therapy/birth prep and when inevitable aches and pains started Margo and her team helped me manage it. It’s been amazing having this partnership and guidance while my body is going through so much change. I love the process and look forward to seeing the team each week. After my first appointment I went home and told my husband that it finally felt like I had someone I could trust and who was really on my team. I also love Ashley and Miguel who boss me around and make sure I’m doing what I’m supposed to and encourage me to stick with the moves when I’m unmotivated. The front desk women make it so easy to check in, book appointments, and pay. All around a very positive healthcare experience (so rare!)

Second Wave Physical Therapy is a fantastic group of professionals! I’ve been coming to this location for over a month and everyone has been such a pleasure to work. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule appointments with the front desk and work with the therapists and their assistants. They are always so patient and thorough in explaining the treatment plan so I can better recover from my injury. They have also been very accommodating on the days I’ve had to take my baby in with me to my appointments and I greatly appreciate it! Thank you to all the staff.

I love Second Wave! The minute you walk in the doors, you’re greeted by lovely receptionists with beautiful smiles. It really makes a difference in one’s therapy session to be instantly welcomed with such positive energy. As for the therapists, every single one that I had the pleasure of working with, were knowledgeable, informative, patient and definitely encouraging! They never push you to do more than what you’re capable of doing. All of them are such “shiny, happy people,” (referencing a 90’s REM song for all you youngins!) that it’s hard not to become one yourself!😃 It’s also important to mention the cleanliness of the facility. There’s not a single thing out of place! The staff ALWAYS sterilizes the equipment between patients~so you never have to worry that you might be laying in the previous patient’s sweat/perspiration. *EW* Can you IMAGINE?!😳. Seriously though, the place is immaculate! I really can’t say enough good things about Second Wave and the entire staff. Whoever does the hiring most definitely deserves a raise!!🤑 Color me impressed!💖
